Here is the Fuse Soccer Fantasy Tips for Goalkeepers for the 2018/19 Premier League season...

David De Gea (Manchester United, £6.0)

Don’t let a disappointing World Cup run out stop you from splashing the cash on David De Gea in goal this season. The top producer from last year’s FPL goalkeeper remains first on the power ranking list after raking in a whopping 172 points in his 2017/18 FPL campaign. De Gea is still the optimal set-it-and-forget-it option for FPL managers between the sticks.

Allison (Liverpool, £5.5)

A fresh face to the FPL draft, the new Brazilian signing will provide steady hands behind a fortified back line of Virgil Van Dijk and Co. Liverpool can look to capitalize on their back four’s strong end to the 2017 season to reap plenty of rewards for those bold enough to pick the new guy over Ederson.

Jordan Pickford (Everton, £5)

Managers who want to save £0.5 - £1 for an outfield player can look no further than the England No. 1 to follow up his impressive World Cup campaign with a fine season for the toffees.

BARGAIN BUY:  Łukasz Fabiański (West Ham United, £4.5)

Fabianski was the third-highest scoring keeper last year for Swansea City, just one point behind Ederson at Manchester City. The Polish international made his way across London this summer to a West Ham United squad with a fortified defence and dangerous attack. At just £4.5, Fabianski has an excellent chance to make a strong impact for the hammers and FPL managers alike.

ONE TO WATCH: LENO (Arsenal, £5)

The addition of Sokratis and Lichtsteiner to Arsenal’s back line has given FPL managers something to think about. Arsenals opening fixtures are difficult, but if Leno can prove himself and oust Cech as the Arsenal No. 1, he could be a valuable asset to a FPL team down the stretch of the season.

FINAL TIPS

Don’t be afraid to take a risk. Get them while their cheap and don’t shy away from new signings. After all - not many people had Salah captaining their side at the beginning of last season, eh?
