Arsenal secure the services of 23-year-old Kieran Tierney from Celtic on deadline day

Posted by Dean Spaniol on

In what was the longest saga of the window for the Gunners, Arsenal finally secured the services of 23-year-old Kieran Tierney from Celtic on deadline day. After multiple offers and deal structures, the 25M left-back will follow in the footsteps of fellow international Andy Robertson and take the plunge into the Premier League.

Tierney has captained celtic to multiple league titles and cups, and has both International and Champions League experience at just 23 years of age. He is an electrifying talent that has a lot to offer Arsenal.

Though he may not feature for the first few months while recovering from a double hernia operation, Tierney is regarded as a top player and provides a huge attacking threat down the left flank for Emery and the Arsenal once he regains fitness.
