Are all Arsenal fans Excited? if you’re not, you've got to be having second thoughts right? Although it's important not to get carried away with results in pre-season games, the US tour has seen 3 wins and a stellar performance from Arsenal against Chelsea in Orlando.

The ownership did say in 2019, “be excited” and the signs are encouraging. If consistency from the team can be found this season and with a couple more additional signings to further supplement the squad we could really see the club take further strides to compete for the top prizes in Soccer once again.

The games in Baltimore and Orlando has see the introduction of the players already recruited - Veira, Jesus, Turner, Zinchenko and Marquinhos. They all appear to have settled well and it was great to see Zinchenko get some immediate game time but the star of the show has been Gabriel Jesus. If his early days in an Arsenal jersey are anything to go by he has the opportunity here to emulate the likes of Wright and Henry. 

The EPL curtain raiser is just over a week away. It is then we officially begin to assess Arsenal’s new look squad in the heat of competition, with 3 points at stake and the pressure on. Lets hope we remain "EXCITED"
